How it works
Enter the property price and the living area in square metres. Add an optional monthly fee to see the fee per square metre. Fill in Price B and Area B to compare two properties side by side.
Price per m² = total price ÷ area in m². Price per ft² = price per m² ÷ 10.7639. Fee per m² = monthly fee ÷ area in m².
Property A: 2,500,000 kr, 65 m² → 38,462 kr/m². Property B: 3,100,000 kr, 85 m² → 36,471 kr/m². B is 1,991 kr/m² cheaper (−5.2%).
